• All orders will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) . You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Taxes/Duties

• All products sold by Subbytech do not include duties and taxes. Only the amount of the product and shipping costs will be charged for your order.
• Please be aware that there may be extra customs fees due to the policy of different countries. The additional charges such as customs clearance fees, local shipping charges, or admin charges would be paid by you.

Tracking Package (where tracking shipping option is chosen at checkout)

1. After the tracking number comes out, it usually takes a few days(within 1-3 business days) for the tracking information to be updated. Please wait patiently for your email or SMS notification of tracking information.
2. Due to the special nature of international transportation, the update of package information can be delayed. When the package leaves the Subbytech location, the detailed tracking information will generally be updated when it arrives at the destination country.

Lost Package/Unusual Package

1. In the unfortunate event that an item is lost in transit, as confirmed by the shipping courier, Subbytech will replace it at no cost to you, please contact our support team at: help@subbytech.com
2. Subbytech will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please check your address when placing an order
3. If you purchase multiple items in one order, Subbytech will endeavor to send in one single package. If this isn't possible due to stock issues, your order will be shipped in multiple packages as and when stock becomes available, therefore your order/packages may now all arrive at the same time.

Shipping Delay
