This is our 3rd experience with the team at Subbytech, and pretty obviously we appreciate their customer service and the products themsleves.
Both Carla and Paul are very friendly and helpful in the messages and on this occasion a new 10k power bank served our purposes perfectly on a remote trekking holiday.
We're just disappointed we forgot to take a photo of it in the jungle.

For someone who likes a bit of a hike in the hills It’s a cracker of a power bank, not too big, not too heavy, not much bigger than an iPhone 8 but it packs plenty of juice inside its sleek lines. Ideal for all day adventures or overnights or just an evening out in town. I love the wireless charging ability, leaving the twin usb outputs and bundled cables free for other devices like my camera. The display is great for knowing what’s left with no more guessing games.
If that wasn’t enough then you’ve got the ultimate in first class customer service from Paul from the second you hit the buy button.

I have loads of Subbytech equipment and this was my latest purchase. I love the convenience of the wifi charging but also the lighter weight for putting in my back pack. It works well with my Huawei P30 Pro but also with my wife's iPhone 14!! As we jet away on city breaks we will use it and the subbytech plug which has 4 charging points one usb c and 3 usb including one fast charger!! We're a family of subbytech batteries with all the kids having the massive charge bank (good for 3 charges) with the attached leads makes it a favourite with the children and their friends when they need a charge. Can't wait to see what the future brings. Well done to Paul and all the Subbytech family!!!

Love this Subbytech portable power bank. It's the perfect size to carry with you so you'll never run out of battery! It's even got a percentage indicator to let you know how much charge is left. Bag of sweets was a nice touch. Definitely recommend this product a big thumbs up from me.

How things should be.
First and foremost the battery pack is well made and solid and I know I will get good use out of it.
I would suggest maybe not a raised bubble where the remaining power shows as if anything might break,it would be there.
That's minor and I will certainly say without doubt that the customer care shown was perfect....hopefully that will help grow your business and please maintain it as it is something missing from many companies.
So overall....if you want/need one of SubbyTech's products then I definitely would recommend using them.

As companies go Subbytech impressed me with their Personal customer service and communication. I received my power bank charger yesterday and was immediately struck by the build quality, functionality, and simplicity of the device. It’s charged and I’m using it today. Amazing customer service
This company are really innovative. I stumbled upon them by chance but I won’t go anywhere else now for my power bank and cable needs. The power bank seems really durable and will charge 2 devices at once. You will get a couple of charges out of each full charge of your power bank. If I had any questions at all, I reached out to Paul and he got back to me quickly. Nothing is too much trouble.

My second purchase from Subbytech. I really needed a powerbank to keep my phone charged dusring my evening shifts at work. This does the job more than capably. Charged my phone from 22% to full power and only registered 6% power drawn from the powerbank as a result. This will enable me to keep all my porable devices charged all day with no worries about losing power. Thank you Subbytech for a great quality powerbank at great value for money! Highly recommended.

Lovely piece of kit, given my job I need to know my devices are charged. Unlike external other batteries I've had it gives you a simple LED display of how much charge it has, which makes a big difference.

Life saver
I always carry a power pack but the one I had was bulky and heavy. This one is perfectly sized to fit into my bag and doesn’t weigh me down. Great for a battery top up or full charge as required.

Just what i was looking for
I have a cheap charger that I bought a while ago but saying goes buy cheap buy twice.
The cheap one just didn't cut it when I needed it. Didn't charge my phone fully or when I went to use sometimes the power was gone even though only charged a day before.
Looked about seen this one and all looked good so made an order. Order was easy to place the communications great and delivery fast.
The instructions good and easy to understand with and the little treat gave me a smile.
The item it self looks and feels very well made and works as detailed in the description when purchasing. Very pleased

Perfect for me
I needed something that will recharge both my iPad and iPhone at the same time and still have some charge left over if needed to charge up a bit again. Very handy and fits in my bag without any trouble. Comes with leads so I didn't need to buy anymore leads to get it to work. White colour matches my iPhone and iPad nicely too. I've used portable chargers in the past and this one is a cut above the rest. So handy if you're on the go or sitting in bed and need extra charge, plus you can charge 2 devices at the same time. Charges devices up quickly too. The black colour is very stylish and versatile too. Love that it came with cables too - something you don't usually get so this is well thought through. Ordering was easy, delivery was fast. This is a must have gadget, if like me you spend a lot of time on the phone when you’re out and about. It’s already saved my bacon 3 times when I suddenly get the ‘5% power notification’ pop up. I just plug it in and away I go. :)
